How to send files to us using SmartFTPIf you don’t already have a copy of Smart FTP then …download a free copy. Click on the link below or copy & Paste the link below into your web browser to access and download SmartFTP
http://www.smartftp.com/download/ Once the download is complete install the software according to your normal methods.
Open (start) SmartFTP In the toolbar at the top type the following information in the dialog boxes provided:
For Address type: ftp.mainphoto.com For Login type: mainphotoftp@mainphoto.com For Password type: mainphoto
Click on - FTP - in the toolbar Click Connect SmartFTP will now connect to our FTP site.
There are several methods to use when uploading files via SmartFTP.
Remember...
If your not familiar with SmartFTP and wish some quick – easy to use instructions go to… http://www.smartftp.com/support/howto/
When finished… Disconnect using the button on the toolbar.
Be sure to
contact us AFTER your upload is complete,
let us know your file is pending and what you would like done with
it. Remember to include any contact information so we can follow-up with
you and let you know we received your file. If you
don't hear from us within a day of your upload (allow extra time if you upload
on the weekends or holidays)
