Welcome to our
Gallery of Memories.
| A photograph, whether created using film or digital media, is all about the
stopping of time, then capturing that moment on some form of media for all to share and enjoy. How we choose to capture and preserve that photographic memory (our image) all depends on our skill level, equipment, opportunity and dedication to the "art" of photography (and sometimes blisters, sun burn, red eyes and sore muscles too!) Along with all of this, no matter what equipment or media is used to capture an image, Photography is really all about Light, Composition and the Creation of an Emotion. Without these companions working together, images are just pictures and not photographs. The sharing of photographic memories is extremely important and we're opposed to all those individuals who keep their images hidden & locked away in a computer or shoe box! So we dedicate these pages to every photographer who has stayed up late, gotten up early (that's before sunrise!), climbed high mountains, gotten blisters, sore muscles, seasick, braved the elements and more to get their images. Stop, take a moment to enjoy these special images, created by people just like you! If you would like to learn how to take better photographs, consider signing up for our "Survival Course for Digital & Film Photography" . Thank you to all those who were willing to share their "memories" with us. We apologize, in advance to everyone, for our inability to accommodate all images submitted.
