Some notes to remember...
We recommend that you always set your digital camera to shoot your images with the highest resolution possible. It's always easier to reduce the resolution to fit your requirements than it is to work the other way around.
We also suggest that sizing, cropping and color adjustments, if desired, be done prior to submission of your images. Most PC's & Mac's come with some photo editing software which can also be used to make general corrections to color and brightness. It is advisable that you make a copy of your original file BEFORE making any corrections, that way you can fall back on the original if a problem arises.
Most digital cameras today can store, depending on file size and media storage, a tremendous number of image files. We can make one print from each file, but we can also print individual images by name. Request for individual files must include the specific file name. Descriptions can not be accepted.
Due to different camera and file formats, image size on the final print are approximate and may include borders.
We do not modify your files from your original media source for any reason.
Caution... We can not be responsible
for any damage to customers original media cards or CD's. All files should
be backed up to your computer or transferred to CD before sending in for printing.
